Lyndon had his first soccer game this morning. His team has been practicing
hard for a few weeks. The game began warm, but quickly became cool, windy, and then raining. The kids played in the
rain since there wasn't any lightning. It was freezing to me. As soon as the game finished the bottom feel out of the cloud,
drenching everyone on their way to the car. (The rain is such a blessing!)
Lyndon's
team did great. I think the score was 3-2. We didn't win, but
Lyndon did score a goal. We play the same team every Saturday so we will be back on the field next Saturday.
